Most tile failures are assembly failures. Water gets behind a wall, a slab moves, or a mortar bed stays wet. We focus on bonded waterproofing, uncoupling, drainage and the substrate before the finish work begins.

A clear proposal covering materials, preparation, scope and schedule.

Build clean
Dust containment, floor protection and daily cleanup. Waterproofing is photographed before it is covered.

Final walkthrough
We inspect the work together, discuss care and stand behind the workmanship.
